Nubia Del Carmen Preza is the nanny who said he was struck by Lindsay Lohan’s car while she was walking in the street with a baby in a stroller, who is this lady and is she telling the truth??
Lindsay Lohan is been slammed by a similar lawsuit from the one she was received last month when Grigor Balyan a photographer said he was struck and by Lindsay’s car driven by her assistant, Balyan said he was badly injured and was treated for the orthopedic and neurologic injuries the accident caused him, he added that the insignificant amount of cash Lilo’s insurance company offered him was not a reasonable compensation. Then came the lawsuit filed by Nubia Del Carmen Preza a nanny who stated that after the accident she suffered “disabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering, and anguish”, Preza seeks damages for medical expenses and time she was forced to take off work.
According the lawsuit filed by Nubia Preza stated that last September she was walking down the street on West Hollywood, California when a Maserati hit her in the leg and the stroller with the baby she had with her, the car allegedly pulled out three or four wheel of the stroller and the baby was unharmed, not the same fate Preza had.
The alleged incident was allegedly caught on tape by two paparazzi who said they were by Lindsay Lohan’s building and saw the whole thing, she getting out, get in her car, pass a red light and injuring Preza, one of the guys is Brayan Jaime.
“full impact … It was a major hit.” Jaime tells us the bumper struck the nanny in the leg and hit the stroller “in the middle, knocking 3 of the 4 wheels in the air. She was in shock and Hispanic so she was scared.”
Brayan who said he didn’t call on the cops because he didn’t want to get involved said he and his pal sold the tape.

While there are currently two hit and run lawsuits against Lindsay Lohan, her rep said they haven’t heard anything or have been served by a lawsuit whatsoever
So we can’t see that tape if that hit and run happened but check the video when the thing happened last year and when a paparazzi was allegedly hurt by her car.
