Meet Daniela Rausnitz she is the young woman who had to flee the country after her ex-boyfriend David Aaron Gray from JP Morgan kept harassing her.
25 year-old Daniela Rausnitz graduated from Duke University with a major in Economics and minor in Art History, she and a group of other young women created the Duke Association for Business Oriented Women where she served as president, her partner Dana Rosenberg was president before Daniela. While at Duke Daniela used her free time to tutored at other public schools in Durham, after graduation in 2004 she moved to New York got herself a spot at JP Morgan, where she used to be an unpaid intern while at college.
When she came back at JP she met the 28 year-old married man David Aaron Gray, who works at least still is an investment banker at JP Morgan, his father is Joseph H. Gray (owner of Lynbrook Stationers) his mother Doris K. Gray (professor of library and information science at Long Island University’s C. W. Post campus and a librarian at Northside Elementary School in Levittown, N.Y) Gray met his wife Lindsay Heather Einhorn at Cornell, they got married on March, 2009. Grey holds a BS, Industrial & Labor Relations, Economics began his job as an analyst at JP Morgan in 2004, two years later he was promoted to Investment Banking Associate.
Daniela said that she break it up after a year when he started to behave irrational, but things got worse and he started to frighten her, because of that she asked to be transfer to London, sources said Gray was actually in love to the point he would leave his wife Lindsay.
Thing didn’t end when Rausnitz moved to the UK, he followed her there , he would fly back and forth but Daniela was done with him, in one of his visits he found Rausnitz at her Chelsea flat with her new boyfriend, he was furious.
He began to called her continuously, he texted her way too many times, so were the emails (176 text messages and 23 emails over just 16 hours).
‘His erratic and obsessive behavior began to frighten me and I was hopeful that moving to London would put an end to it. Unfortunately it escalated. His unwarranted, unprovoked and unrelenting actions have caused me extreme distress.’
He would fake an illness in order to make her feel sorry and take him back, changed flights so that he would be in the same plane Daniela was, place tracking devices in her belongings and her phone, hack her email, used an old key to get into her home.
He was arrested at Park Lane Hotel where Daniela Rausnitz was hiding with her family, when he was intercepted he was holding Cuban cigars and two bottles of whisky, he told police he was an secret service Israeli agent who was there to apologized to Rausnitz and her father added that some tapes got to his hands which contained conversations recorded by a hidden bug under the bed at her home and urgently needed to see her.
However the judge didn’t buy his bogus story, he can’t contact Daniela or will be send to prison, he can come to the UK as long as he doesn’t contact her before or while he stay in the UK, he said to feel afraid he will be fired from JP Morgan.
