This is just ridiculous, Joran Van Der Sloot is serving a 28 year- sentence for the murder of Stephany Tatiana Flores in a Peruvian prison, but while in jail he managed not just to have a girlfriend but also getting her pregnant, that woman has been identified as Leydi Figueroa Uceda.

25-year-old Joran van der Sloot was sentenced to 28 years in jail on January, 2012 for the killing and robbery of Stephany Flores, he was ordered to pay $75.000 to her family. He is serving his sentence at Miguel Castro Castro prison where he allegedly had sex with his current girlfriend Leydi Figueroa Oceda, getting her pregnant.

22-year-old Leydi Carol Figueroa Uceda born on September 19, 1989 in Peru was questioned by media when the news of Van der Sloot upcoming wedding was announced on July, 2012, Leydi who had given birth to her son Matias, but she denied her son was Van der Sloot who she said she didn’t even know, Figueroa Uceda said she visited a relative a the prison where the Dutch man has been imprisoned for the past two years. In the video below taken last July from her home Leydi Figueroa show her injuries she claimed where caused by media who have been hunting her ever since the news of her and Van Der Sloot’s relationship, but she continued to denied she know him, and told the story when she was nearly knocked down to the floor while carrying her infant son, her cousin who was with her prevent her from the fall.

Leydi also tells how reported asked her is her son was Van der Sloot, she denied it and told them that the baby has his real father’s DNA.

“My baby has his father’s DNA, I said. said Leydi.

“Let me see it”, told her the reported

“I won’t do it, Yu have no right to see it nor do you have the right to take pictures of my son”. added Figueroa.

LD: My son is just a newborn baby, he is just three-months-old, he has his real father and his DNA test to prove it, but coming here, taking pictures and chasing us like that is just violation to my son’s integrity.

R: Did you even went to Miguel Castro prison?

LD: Well, yes I did, just once but to visit a relative, I have never visit or even met the man.

R:What if there is a record of your visits to the prison, but visiting Van Der Sloot? the reporter said

LD: I never visited Mr. Van Der Sloot like you said, you won’t find any record of me visiting him, if there is then bring it to my home and show it to me.” Leydi said. “Just like you all came here today and made all this scandal”.

Reporter: Can you tell me your son’s last name?

LD: I won’t tell you

R: But is not Van der Sloot.

LD: No it isn’t.

R: but you have seen him, you do know how he looks like?

LD: in these past days I have heard of him.

R: How old is s your son?

LD: he was born 90 days ago, If I ever went to that prison was to visit a friend that unfortunately got in jail, but he is no longer at that prison. But I don’t know who van der Sloot is, I don’t understand why they are relating me with him.

LD: I beg that media would respect my life, I am going thru difficult times in my life and in the case that something wrong happens to my son, they will be responsible for it.

R: How old are you”

LD: I’m just 21.

R: You are scare?

LD: Of course I am, who wouldn’t be.

The Dutch site telegraaf claimed that Van der Sloot confirmed his girlfriend Leydi is three months pregnant, he impregnated her while an unattended visit in jail.

Meanwhile El Comercio, spoke with Van der Sloot’s former attorney Maximo Altez said that Leydi Figuera, met Joran while she visited a family member at prison and did him a favor by handling some things to Joran on his behalf , but there is nothing romantic going on between them, the child Figueroa Uceda has id not Joran’s son, she was already a couple on months pregnant.

She met him because she delivered some packages to him, like shampoo’s, soap, and things like that, and the reason for Figueroa to lie to media about knowning Joran was because she was afraid of her safety.

Other media claimed that Leydi Figueroa was allowed inside the Miguel Castro prison without leaving a record of her visits, there are others who claimed seeing prison records that showed that Leydi the woman who has been said to be Van Der Sloot’s girlfriend now baby mama, has been visiting Edgar Robinson Infantas Castro and Luis Hendelbert Parra Delfín (participated in a robbery that left a child Romina Cornejo permanently paralyzed from the neck down)since November 10, 2010 both have been transferred to another prison. Infantas Castro confirmed he has been dating Leydi for 10 months.
