In some of his profiles Jason Luis Rivera born in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY. He referrers to himself as Hawaii- Jason Luis Rivera a poet, a Christian, Hispanic man who graduated from Kenedy High School in Kenedy, Texas. Mr. Rivera has two grown-up daughters Marcasia and Rebekah.

Jason Luis Rivera said he and Miley have known each other for 5 years, and that she was his wife

He was first caught at Miley’s garden by house staff who asked him to leave, but he didn’t complied and rather began to lit candles. When he was arrested by the cops he was found carrying a pair of scissors in his pockets.
Rivera is being held on $1,000 bail at LAPD Valley Jail. He’s accused of trespassing and burglary.
** UPDATE** On October 11, it was reported Jason Luis Rivera was found guilty of the charges upon him that include two misdemeanor counts of trespassing and one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest, he could face up to a year and a half in jail plus he was ordered to stay 500 yards away from Cyrus. His sentenced in scheduled for Friday
