1. Lavender essential oils or lavender oil for acne

Lavender essential oils decrease the production of oil and inhibit inflammation and it also has antibacterial effect. I used Lavender essential oil for many years to treat my acne scars and it works like wonders.

2. Witch hazel for acne

3. Aspirin acne mask

This can be used to oily or dry skin, but not recommend to use for sensitive skin.

6.  Natural resource of salicylic acid (Strawberries)

There’re a natural resource of salicylic acid such as strawberries that can be used to treat acne.

Coconut oil can be used for many ways including skin care and hair care, now more and more people are using it for teeth care procedures. Because it’s cleasing and moisturizing effect. Coconut oil can link up with many other anti-bacterial essentials for double benefits.

Skincare formulator Jennifer Young recommend the following way to use coconut oil:

‘Mix the oil with antibacterial essential oils, such as lavender and tea tree, for a double benefit. Apply the mixture onto your face, leave for a few minutes and wipe off with cotton wool.’

10. Mint leaves with honey for acne

Sorina Groza, head of beauty at Beauty & Melody recommended the following way for acne treatment

‘Crush fresh mint leaves into warm honey and apply it to your face,’ ‘Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.’
