by James Everett Dutschke, 41 years old, was arrested by FBI at about 12:50 a.m, formally charged with attempted use of a biological weapon because three letters, tested positive for ricin, found out and had sent to Mr Obama, a US senator and a Mississippi judicial officer.
“Mr Dutschke has been charged with “knowingly developing, producing, stockpiling, transferring, acquiring, retaining and possessing a biological agent, toxin and delivery system, for use as a weapon,” – FBI’s local field office said
James Everett Dutschke, a 41-year-old man is Karate Instructor “Tupelo Taekwondo Plus” owned by him, and he is also a former candidate for Mississippi’s House of Representatives. Previously James Everett Dutschke and Curtis’ brothers were partners but then fell out after an argument. The reason why he sent the Ricin letters is because he is against the son of one of the targets.

Ricin is a poison found naturally in castor beans. If castor beans are chewed and swallowed, the released ricin can cause injury. As little as 500 micrograms — an amount the size of the head of a pin — can kill an adult.
He has not only one charge, in fact, he is now facing the “Child Molestation Charges” besides the “Using Biological Weapon charge” He was arrested just last week, because a 7 year old girl said her body was touched inappropriately by James Everett Dutschke, then James was charged for child molestation. But compared with Child Molestation Charges, that one is nearly no big deal.
