Just a few hours ago we found Mariah Yeater dropped her paternity lawsuit against Justin Bieber who she claimed is the father of her son Tristyn, but according to her new lawyer the lawsuit still is pretty much on and they are just in private negotiations with Justin Bieber’s legal team.
Mariah Yeater the woman who became the most hated women among Justin Bieber’s fans, received multiple dead threats, even here at FanDaily and on our youtube channel readers insulted her and I am pretty much that was all over the web, according to her new top lawyers John Carlson and Jeffrey Leving who replaced Yeater’s first legal team of Lance Rogers and Matt Pare. who apparently have resigned (some people said they got scare of JB’s lawsuit when the truth comes up).
Mariah Yeater’s claims were put in doubt after her personal pictures were leaked online, then it was her ex-boyfriend who she previously accused of being the father of Tristyn, then we heard about her mother getting arrested, after all of these she didn’t sound so convincing.
Despite all of this, Mariah sat down with The Insider and she told them that she will handle all the evidence that proves JB is the father of her son in court.
Justin responded by accepting to take the DNA test and to sue Mariah and her team, some said that was the reason for dropping the lawsuit on Wednesday, even so Justin and his lawyer Matthew Hiltzik, are not backing down.
“We intend to still hold them accountable.” Hiltzik said.
Mariah’s lawyers said they are not backing down either adding that at this same moment as you read, negotiations between both parties are going on privately.
“I did not step down and there is a legal team. It’s a new legal team. In light of death threats against my client, strategies have been reviewed. She believes Justin Bieber is the father. Right now there’s no more interviews for Mariah Yeater, I’m not going to allow that. Secondly, negotiations are going on right now with Bieber’s counsel and we’re trying to negotiate a private, secure DNA test with the same safe guards that would exist if there were a court order, but without a court order. The case is completely out of control and I don’t want something terrible to happen to my client or her child.”
So I guess we just have to wait for the results or not? not a chance, Yeater’s lawyer said they will keep the results of the DNA test confidential, Bah!….. Boring!!!!!
